Limitation of Liability

“Master Gage & Tool makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the products, materials, services, content, or information made available through its services, unless otherwise explicitly provided in writing. Any and all such products, materials, services, content, or information are provided on an ‘as is’ basis, and you hereby expressly agree that your use of any of the Master Gage & Tool services, or products, materials, content, or information provided to you through such services, is at your own risk. We make no representation or warranty that any Master Gage & Tool services will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Master Gage & Tool disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Master Gage & Tool will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to any indirect, direct, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use of any Master Gage & Tool services, or from any products, materials, content, or information made available through any of its services."

The term “services" applies to the website, and other means you may provide business (i.e., if people contact you after discovering you through your website). A clause of such will protect you from any unnecessary liability and honest mistakes, but typically does not apply should the company commit any fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, etc.

Calibration services supplied by MASTER GAGE & TOOL CO. (MG&T) lab are performed on equipment traceable to NIST. MG&T is responsible for inspection service results only at the time of service, utilizing generally accepted industry procedures and under the environmental and other conditions of the lab at the time of inspection. As dimensions of product are affected by usage and varying environmental changes, MG&T makes no claim about customer product or property once it leaves the MG&T facility. Customer assumes responsibility for assuring their product continues to meet specifications through appropriate quality assurance procedures.

Return Policy and Re-Stocking Fee

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) MUST BE issued for any and all merchandise before it is returned. Please call our Sales Department at 434-836-4243 during regular business hours to receive an RMA#. Products received without an RMA# will not be accepted for return.

Prices & Inventory Disclaimer

Pricing Disclaimer: Master Gage & Tool Co. offers products from more than 200 manufacturers and suppliers. We make every effort to keep prices on our website up to date based upon information provided by manufacturers.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as soon it becomes available. Products which are in stock usually ship by the next business day unless calibration is ordered.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available and applicable shipping and handling

Taxes and Tax Exemption Policy

Our on-line store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Privacy Policy

We commit to securing your personal information. This information includes your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer PayPal as a payment option.  Please provide your exact billing address.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and company checks for on-line orders.

Shipping Policy

Orders for items in stock will usually ship the next day if order is received before 11:00AM Eastern time. In-stock items received after 11:00 AM may take two business days to ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are accepted by Master Gage & Tool Co. when companies have been approved and an account has been established.
